Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing or using the bd3 website or platform, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. They constitute a legally binding agreement between bd3 and the user. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform.
These Terms & Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh and apply only to users aged 18 and above. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. bd3 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Creation, Security & Policy
- Each user may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all of them being permanently closed.
- All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited.
- Bd3 may request a national ID or other documentation for identity verification at any time.
- Keeping your account password confidential is your sole responsibility.
- Bd3 may suspend or permanently close an account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.
- If evidence of fraud, cheating, or system manipulation is found, the account will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited.
- To close your account, please contact our support team. All pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.
- Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to action in accordance with our policy.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All users must follow the rules below when using the bd3 platform. These rules are in place to ensure the smooth operation of the platform and the safety of all users.

Payments, Transactions & Financial Information
All financial transactions on bd3 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We accept popular mobile banking methods for deposits, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Users may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) before making a withdrawal. First-time withdrawals typically take 24–72 hours to process. Subsequent withdrawals are faster once verification is complete.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it converts to real balance once the applicable wagering requirements are fulfilled. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the platform.
If any fees apply to a transaction, bd3 will clearly inform you before the deposit or withdrawal is processed. Third-party payment providers may charge their own fees, which are outside bd3's control.

Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Bd3 is not liable for any financial losses arising from game outcomes, technical errors, or third-party service failures. The platform provides its services on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors. bd3 shall not be liable for any losses arising from such downtime.
Bd3 is not responsible for game interruptions caused by the user's own internet connection issues.
All content on the bd3 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and game content — is the intellectual property of bd3 or its licensed third-party providers. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.
The platform may include content from third-party game providers, which is governed by their own terms and conditions. bd3 is not separately liable for such third-party content.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Bd3 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. The date of any changes will be updated on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of a dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through mutual discussion. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be settled in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the sole and binding agreement between bd3 and the user.
